How to make spaghetti sauce.


Material :
4 Large Cans of chopped tomatoes

4 cloves of Garlic

1 small can tomato paste

1 large onion

3. Pork chops medium size

table spoon of olive oil

cup red wine

from oregano

The way to make Spaghetti Sauce

1. The cut onion and garlic finely as possible. Then saute in olive oil until the onions go soft. You can add some tomato paste to the joint to get a taste outstanding.

2. Large pot place the chopped tomatoes, onions and tomato paste pork chops. Use empty tomato cans and add about three cans of water to the mixture. This sauce will simmer for more than 3 months so the cooking water will be turned off. There will be an opportunity to add more if you feel the sauce has reduced too much.

3. Cook mixture on medium heat for about 3 hours. Check it often and give it a good stir. Reducing or adding hot water as needed.

4. Add the red wine about 2 1 / 2 hour to cook. This will reduce the sour taste that can be developed. Oregano is also added at this time. If you have an aversion to alcohol, you can use a half cup of sugar. This works just as well.

5. Serve with pasta after 3 hours of cooking is completed. Top with Parmesan or mozzarella cheese to add a touch if you want.

Instructions:

If you are not a fan of pork chops, Italian sausages also work well with this recipe.
